Michael Graziano, MPA, CPHQ, CIPP/US

Michael is the Project Director for the Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information (CoE-PHI) at CAI.  He has over 20 years of experience working in healthcare settings including hospital systems, behavioral health and substance use treatment organizations, and city health departments. He holds a master’s degree in public administration, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality through the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). 

Before his time at CAI, Michael served as Vice President of Strategic Analysis and Information Management at a behavioral health treatment organization in New York City.  Prior to that, he was Associate Director of Quality Improvement at a large hospital in New York City, where he oversaw regulatory compliance and the implementation, measurement and improvement of patient safety and healthcare quality initiatives.
