Privacy Considerations for Post Overdose Response Teams

This webinar is only open through invitation by NASADAD.
The CoE-PHI and NASADAD invite you to join us for a free national webinar designed for state and local leaders that will provide a practical overview of when and how federal health privacy laws (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 [“Part 2”]) apply to information sharing for the purpose of post-overdose response. Through interactive case studies involving real-world examples, and a facilitated discussion about response models and best practices in select states, participants will build confidence in determining when health privacy regulations permit sharing of information.
Join us to gain practical tools and knowledge, and to identify solutions for commonly asked questions.
Certificates of attendance will be provided to those who attend.
American Sign Language (ASL) services will be provided.
