Permitted Disclosures of Part 2 Records to State and Local Government Agencies for Oversight and Evaluation

The CoE-PHI invites you to join us for a free national webinar meant to provide a practical overview of how 42 CFR Part 2 (“Part 2”) applies to disclosures of a person’s substance use disorder (SUD) treatment records to state and local government agencies for the purposes of oversight and evaluation. Through interactive case studies involving real-world examples, participants will build confidence in determining when disclosures are permissible and explore compliant alternatives when they are not.
