Archived Webinar – Lunch & Learn: Compliance with Part 2’s Requirements for Organizational Consent Forms

On February 4, 2026, CoE-PHI hosted a “Lunch & Learn” webinar designed to help organizations in aligning their consent forms with current health privacy regulations.
In this interactive, one-hour session, the CoE-PHI team guided participants in examining the key elements that should be included in their updated organizational consent forms for uses and disclosures of Part 2 records, including review of the CoE-PHI’s Template Consent Form to support compliance with the updated Part 2 requirements.
Participants were introduced to additional CoE-PHI tools and resources to support compliance with the Final Rule, and had dedicated time for Q&A to address real-world questions about organizational consent forms and related requirements.

- Explore how to tailor the CoE-PHI’s Template Consent for Uses and Disclosures of Part 2 Records for organizational use to support alignment with current regulations
