Christine Khaikin, JD

Christine Khaikin is the Senior Health Privacy Associate for the COE-PHI and a Health Policy Attorney at the Legal Action Center, where she participates in all aspects of their substance use disorder and HIV confidentiality education and policy work as well as providing legal counsel, training and technical assistance to providers, government agencies and individuals on the various health privacy laws, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Christine previously worked as an attorney and senior policy analyst with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. She received her JD from Brooklyn Law School in 2013.
