Michael Graziano, MPA, CPHQ
Project Director
Michael Graziano is the Project Director for the Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information (CoE-PHI) at CAI. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Baruch College, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Michael has over 20 years of experience working in healthcare settings in including hospital systems, behavioral health and substance use treatment organizations, and city health departments.
Prior to his work at CAI, Michael served as Vice President of Strategic Analysis and Information Management at a non-profit organization in New York City. Prior to that, he was Assistant Director of Quality Improvement at hospital in New York City, where he oversaw regulatory compliance and the implementation, measurement and improvement of patient safety and healthcare quality initiatives.
