National Webinar: CoE-PHI Resources for Families and Caregivers

Families and caregivers often play a critical role in supporting individuals living with mental health and substance use conditions, yet questions about privacy laws can create confusion and uncertainty. This webinar will introduce the Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information’s free family and caregiver resource suite, developed to help families better understand HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 and navigate common questions about health information privacy.

Participants will receive an overview of the available resources, learn when and how each resource can be used, and discover additional organizations that can provide support.

Whether you are a peer professional, family support provider, family member, or caregiver, this session will introduce practical resources that can help answer common questions and connect families with trusted information.
