Archived Webinar – From Rule to Reality: Preparing for Part 2’s Upcoming Compliance Date

On January 8th, 2026, the CoE-PHI hosted a free national webinar during which we outlined requirements of the 2024 Final Rule amending 42 CFR Part 2 (“Part 2”), applied learning to common scenarios through interactive case studies, and facilitated an extended Q&A session to address implementation-related questions in preparation for the compliance date of February 16, 2026.
